Cancellation policy
Eggman offers subscription purchase options for Dome Daily. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.
Subscription billing When you choose a subscription, you save 15% on every order. Your selected payment method is automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle, and your order ships on your chosen schedule. Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel.
Managing your subscription You are in full control of your subscription. By logging into your account, you can:
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Change your delivery frequency
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel at any time
There are no cancellation fees and no phone calls required. Changes or cancellations made before your next billing date will apply to that upcoming order. Changes made after an order has been processed will apply to the following cycle.
Renewal notifications We will send you a reminder email before each renewal so you always know when your next order and charge are coming.
Price changes Subscription pricing may change over time. If it does, we will notify you in advance, and any new price will only apply to orders after that notice.
Refunds Subscription orders are covered by our standard 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@livefidelis.com and we will make it right.
